Knafaim Holdings Ltd. (“Knafaim”) is a holding company incorporated in Israel in May 1980 as a private company, and became a public company in November 1993.

The company has over 35 years of experience in the aviation industry, with unique expertise and an extensive global network in the field of aviation.

Knafaim holds five direct investments, all in various areas of the aviation industry, providing diversified exposure to the sector.

The company holds 66.97% of Global Knafaim Leasing Ltd., which is engaged in the purchase of aircraft and leasing them to airlines worldwide; Maintenance Wings, which provides aircraft maintenance services at Israeli Air Force bases; and 50% of QAS Ltd., which provides ground handling services to airlines and private aircraft operators, as well as passenger assistance and the operation of passenger and VIP lounges at Ben Gurion International Airport.

In addition, the company holds approximately 1% of the issued share capital of El Al Israel Airlines Ltd.
