In 2023, an agreement was signed to establish a joint venture with the European group Nayak Aircraft Services to provide line maintenance services for civilian passenger and cargo aircraft of international airlines at Ben Gurion Airport. Under the agreement, Nayak will hold 50.1% of the venture, while Knafaim will hold 49.9%. The operation is currently under development.
