Mr. Ben Menachem serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Knafaim since April 2022. Mr. Ben Menachem also serves as a director in GKL’s two subsidiaries. Mr. Ben Menachem holds an Accounting and economics degree from Tel Aviv University.
Sidney Slasky
Executive Vice President; President & CEO of Global Knafaim Leasing Ltd
Mr. Slasky appointed as an Executive Vice President in April 2006. Mr. Slasky also serves as the CEO of Global Knafaim Leasing Ltd. – Knafaim’s aircraft leasing subsidiary. With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Slasky has rich, well rounded experience, gained by competing, doing and closing numerous and varied transactions throughout the years. Mr. Slasky is in close relationship with key corporations, business partners, service providers, airlines and other individuals in the aviation industry. Mr. Slasky also serves as a director for Global Knafaim Leasing Ltd, as well as in its two other subsidiaries. Mr. Slasky holds degrees in Business Management and Accounting from the University of Witwatersand in South Africa.
Johnatan Shtark
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Shark serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of both Knafaim and Global Knafaim Leasing Ltd., since April 2017. Before joining Knafaim and Global Knafaim Leasing, Mr. Shtark was a lawyer at Yigal Arnon & Co law firm, with vast experience in commercial and corporate law, securities law and finance, representing and advising both privately and publicly held corporations. Mr. Shark holds bachelor degrees in Law and Economics (Cum Lauda) and a masters degree in Law, all from the University of Haifa.
Dov Yeshoua
Director of Finance
Mr. Yeshua serves as the financial manager of the company and of the parent company, Wings Holdings Ltd., starting in April 2022.Knafiim Group, he served as the CFO of the Delivery Group.
Mr. Yeshua holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and economics and a master’s degree in business administration from Tel Aviv University.
